Our goal for every animal who comes to us for help at WRCT is to return them to the wild when they are ready. We are able to care for wild animals so they do not become imprinted (use to human), and are fully prepared for life in the wild. Once they are mature and/or healed, they need a safe place to go, away from roads and whatever got them into trouble in the first place. We need your help to return them to the wild!

 

Release Site Requirements:

• 10+ acres of wooded land

• Year-round water source

• Away from major roads

We will always call to schedule a release day​ with you ahead of time and let you know what animals we have ready for release. You can specifiy on the form if there are certain species you would like.
